Columbia voters reject Proposition 2

Columbia voters on Tuesday rejected a proposition that would have increased development fees in the city and tie them to the number of vehicle trips that developments create. Proposition 2 would have created different levels of fees for residential construction and for low-impact and high-impact commercial construction.
