But the Arizona Attorney General's Office warned consumers Wednesday to be wary of rental scams and con artists looking to take advantage of eager renters. Authorities say advertisements are popping up on the internet, on street signs, in direct mailers and on flyers left at homes from businesses claiming they have tenants lining up to rent homes throughout Phoenix.
