An Alabama woman was surprised Friday by the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol which awarded her the company's "Forever Prize" of $5,000 a week for the rest of her life. Tamar Howard, 36-years-old of Silas, was presented with a certificate, balloons and bouquet of roses.
