USPS Wants 2 Percent Rate Hike for Market Dominant Products

The Postal Service seeks its inflationary rate adjustment and looks to set up a separate pricing structure for FSS Standard Mail. The U.S. Postal Service today filed a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission for a 1.966% rate adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index.
