Advertising and direct mail coordinator

Stanford University Press seeks an energetic and experienced person to coordinate all advertising and direct mail for the Marketing Department. Duties include overseeing the preparation and promotion of catalogs, creating promotions schedules, inserting space ads by deadlines, acquiring and maintaining mailing lists, editing copy, maintaining budgets, sending promotional e-mails and analyzing results, and negotiating with vendors .
