Menlo Park may spend $57,000 to pass the word about water conservation

The Menlo Park City Council on Tuesday night will consider spending about $57,000 to get everyone up to speed about the water conservation measures it recently approved. The money, to be drawn from the city's water fund, would pay for brochures, newspaper advertisements, doorhangers, direct mailers and more.
